  I am very excited to list our Winter/Spring class schedule.

Vine wreath making- This is a hands on class taught by Michelle. We will learn the basics of making a vine wreath using Boston ivy , porcelain  vine or grape vine . Everyone will get to take home there creation. Sunday Feb. 10TH from 2:00-4:00 pm. Class is limited to (10) at a cost of $20.00/person. All materials are included and refreshments will be provided.


Understanding the most beneficial pruning tips- This is a hands on class taught by Will Goodman who is a registered Landscape Architect with over 25 years experience. This (2) hour class will discuss the when, why and how of pruning shrubbery and trees utilizing the correct tools , what you can do yourself and when to call in an expert. Saturday Feb. 23RD 2:00-4:00 pm. Limited to (10) at a cost of $30.00/person. Dress for the weather. Refreshments will be provided.
 
How to establish a appropriate vegetable garden for you- Will will teach this class discussing the most important decisions in establishing the correct size and location for your growing interests. Drainage, location, soil preparation  plant choices and maintenance will be discussed to have you up and running for the upcoming growing season. Saturday March 9TH 2:00-4:00 pm.Limited to (10) at a cost of $30.00/person. Dress for the weather. Refreshments will be provided. Everyone will take home (3) packs of heirloom seeds to get you started.


Residential Garden Design-maximizing your existing landscape- On this topic, Will will discuss what steps a homeowner should take to enhance existing features and introduce new ones. The design process will be explained during a 3 class lecture series to understand the "how to" , and "what not to do" in planing for your yard. Design graphics and sketch techniques will be used to introduce a homeowner to the world of landscape design. Personal input for your yard, but be prepared - homework will be part of this exercise. (3) 2 hr sessions at $450.00/ person. Date and time to be determined. Refreshments will be served. Limited to (8) people. This class is perfect for new or existing homes , for the do it yourself-er who only needs guidance to create there own backyard(or front) oasis and cant afford a full Architectural blueprint.
